Obviously NYC is working to attract tourists from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
In the Chelsea section of Manhattan this 402 foot 35 story tower is under construction.
In this picture it appears leaning in reality it will be twisted.
The building is one of a pair. There is a smaller one under construction behind this one which is also twisted.
These buildings are under construction by HFC Capital.
