This design was created as the main conservatory Christmas display at Longwood this year.
And yes, the design is created entirely of about 18,540 red and green apples.
Nearly every apple is perfect in shape and color and each one is upright floating in a shallow pool of water.
That sure is a lot of apple sauce :-)
