I visited Banff and Jasper National Parks in the Canadian Rockies in the summer of 1997. The alpine lakes are blue, green, and many shades in between, with the snow capped mountains in the background, I thought it was one of the most beautiful places on earth, if not THE most. This was the time before I got my first SLR. Maybe it was this trip that got me interested in photography in the first place. I'll definitely want to visit this place again some day.
