This picture is crappy, I know, it was taken with my old Kodak DC120 <1mp camera.
1200mm Telescope with 40mm Eypiece = 1200/40 = 30X with 2X Barlow = 60X, then you can use the optical zoom, which the G3 is 4X to magnify further.
