From Camera to Photoshop Elements to Neat Image

I thought it would be fun to show what the photo looks like between steps.
Comments regarding technique are welcome!
(If I did it again from the beginning I would have changed to B&W before the neat image)
Original Photo taken at ISO 1600 with dim halogen lighting thus the yellow cast
