Pena Foratata (7,360') is magnificently reflected in the still waters of Embalse de Lanuza,the reservoir that has resulted from damming the Rio de Aguas Limplas. Pena Foratata towers above the village of Sallent de Gallegos, at the northern end of the Tena Valley. On our third day we hiked from one end of the lake to the other on our way from Panticosa to Sallent de Gallego.
