I was invited to mega media event for the grand opening of San Diego's downtown botique Marriot Hotel.
Above the Altitude Club, on the roof of the hotel, was a VIP party set up on the helicopter port.
The view of the city from there on that warm summer night was profound and breath taking.
Sponsoring that private area on the helicopter port was the executive who distributes Belvedere Vodka for Southern California.
To say they know how to make incredibly delicious vodka martini's is an enormous understatement.
