Thanks Janis. I will go for A. heracliana as the photo is from april.
A. ciliella should fly later according to UK Moths.

Agonopterix heracliana (or A. ciliella - they look exactly the same except for - It can be distinguished from the commoner A. heracliana by the five brownish lines in the cilia near the base of the hindwing where heracliana only has one).
