This is EXACTLY what I do every morning as part of my daily exercise ritual. Well, not exactly. I don't do the jumping part, and I don't get upside down, and I don't leave the ground. But otherwise, it's identical. :-)

This looks unreal! I am not sure how this is humanly possible, and I am amazed that he is so clear and in focus when I am sure he must have really been moving to complete the rotation and not break his neck.
