Keeping Cool

Dallas Arboretum, Dallas, Texas view map

Went to the Dallas Arboretum again today to wander around and take photos. The gardens were beautiful, but it was almost miserably hot at 103 F (39 C) and no breeze. Caught this guy sprawled out on the path to keep cool.

It's too danged hot! I've caught them like this too but you'd think the cement would be too hot to do that! Great capture. Made me smile!
