I love the side lighting. Great job on perfectly splitting the shadow and highlights of the face while still maintaining overall detail.

I know some people dont like to see a subject with side lighting, but this really adds to the atmosphere surrounding the deer. This is another of your beautiful shots Sayer.

a reflector would have been great here to fill in the shadows. still a great shot
