Nymphal cast skin of a dragonfly. Adult emerged.

I was going to say the same, my immediate thought was this is the larvae of a dragonfly. If there is a hole on the back just behind the head then the dragonfly has emerged. If you ever see one of these and the dragonfly has not emerged then I highly recommend that you spend the next couple of hours watching the process, it is most fascinating. I have a full gallery of the sequence if you are interested.

Maybe the skin of a dragonfly nymph or some other aquatic larva (after the adult has emerged).
