Flying Sandhill Cranes

Once each year for about three weeks in March/April, Sandhill Cranes make a stop in central Washington State on the way to their northern breeding grounds near the arctic circle. They are beautiful birds and they put on quite a show if you know where to find them. After numerous trips over the last decade to this part of Washington State, I've finally figured out where they like to hide. I hope you enjoy viewing these images.
