CSX is running a bunch of these coal trains to Alabama for UP. I saw 4 different versions of this train in two days, two as V249, this one as N288 and another as V252.

It's in a flood plain. Typically floods a couple times a year.

I just don't get it. Why does the railroad in Rahm, IN have to be all on a bridge?
