I have started a trapping program to try and make a dent on the Myna population in my area so that some of the native birds can have a better chance. I found a trap design on the web and a couple of hours and $25 later had myself a Myna trap, that as you can see by the picture works quite well. So far I have removed around 45 Mynas from the backyard....but they just keep on coming. Will keep the numbers updated as the year progresses. In a good day i can get more than 10 birds in the trap.
