OLD COTTAGE

CHURCHTOWN, SOUTHPORT

For my second offering today, bringing me back up to date, I present my friday PaD.

This is one of many thatched buildings in our town, with quite a good collection of them being clustered around the Churchtown area, which is one of the oldest parts of the town as it now stands. That is where this one can be found and I am sure that at least one other PBaser will recognise it :-)

As I started learning Photoshop 'properly' yesterday, at the local college, I decided I wanted to do something creative today. I shot the cottage with the intention of doing an 'old-style' sepia image, I threw in a touch of softness to enhance the early photography feel.

Comments are welcome, as always. Thanks.
