TATTON PARK

Well, the doomsayers at the Met Office have been forecasting lousy weather today. They have been saying all week that today was going to be WET ! With heavy rain much of the day. Well, despite the bad forecast, I headed over to the latest Tatton Park classic car show to take some MORE car piccies (I haven't even started sorting the last car show pics yet!).

As you can see, the weather was a little better than forecast. I picked this as my PaD for today for the bright primary colours, enhanced by a polariser and slight underexposure to boost saturation.

The subject is two Marcos sports cars with their bonnets (hoods) raised to show off the engines. The mental image I got, when I first saw them, was that they were angled like this for the cars to soak up the sun better, like holidaymakers on the beach.

I am interested in all comments, so your thoughts are always appreciated. Thanks.
