WOW! Like magic, the top layer was converted to B&W! Look in the LAYERS PALETTE and you can see that the layer beneath remains in color. Well, not only have you converted the top layer to B&W, but you can also exert very fine control over the look of the B&W layer by making adjustments to the sliders labeled RED, GREEN, & BLUE. Thi8s is my favorite way to convert a color imnage into B&W, even if I am not doing one of these SELECTIVE COLOR images.

Well all that is left to do is allow some of the color image beneath to show through. Proceed to the next slide.
