My Canon guy said, "Samster, you son of a...
stop horsing around with that Nikon junk (his words)
and shoot with the XTi. It will bring the X-Man back
to Canon." Was he right?.....
These images are from my very first hours shooting with
the new 10.1 megapixel Canon EOS XTi in lower Manhattan.
This is NOT a test. No pixel-peeping, no 100% crops. Just
seeing what I can expect from the camera in real-world
shooting situations.
All shots were handheld, no flash unless otherwise noted. All images have been post-processed.
Verdict: Too early to say. Will update at a later date. Will post more
photos as they come along.
Update 9/17/06: Only WTC images were taken within my first hours of using the XTi.
All images thereafter are from having some time with the camera.
Agree with you on the brushes, and the D200 is great! Thanks for your comments.

Good photos but I will keep my Nikon D200 junk. Camaeras are just tools of the artist. A painter once said, those are good picture you must have a good camera. The photographer said yes you also have good painting. You must have good brushes.
