This poor guy was passed out on the street in
Khaosan Road with bystanders seemingly oblivious
to his odd displacement. The atmosphere in this area
is fun, frenzied, and frequented by "Farangs" or
foreigners, who are all our friends really.

It's not unusual to see someone drunk, drugged, or whatever.
