I used to start my day with a cup of coffee and a good smoke. Nowadays, it's mostly
with the coffee minus the smoke :-)

One of the most wonderful things that I soon learned about digital photography was
the incredible ability to not only document the world, immediately, but to document
your own life as well.

This "self-portrait" society has gone into overkill with the advent of social media, ie, Facebook,
camera phones, etc, but back in 2004 it was a new and exciting way to see your own life and the world around you.
