So what do we have here?...
To those who enjoy these oddball combinations, this is the tiny,
"Super-Mini" Pentax Q mirrorless mating with the "Mighty" vintage Canon
RF 50mm f/0.95 "Dream Lens," the original King of fast glass.
Now, some may ask...Why would anyone put this chubby, ultra-fast old lens
on a camera with a sensor so tiny that it would only use a sliver of what
this lens was designed for? Why would anyone want to turn this 50mm "full-frame"
lens and turn it into something like a 280mm telephoto?
Hey, I agree, it's NUTS! But...My only answer, just like for those who chose
to climb Mt. Everest or walk on the Moon...I was looking at the drawer and "It's there!"
And may I add, in the realm of today's digital...anything goes!
But yeah...NUTS!! :-)
