::Pan-seared hapuka, potato & feta gratin, fennel & baby chard, curried mussel sauce::

The sauce of this dish was amazing, like nothing I have ever tasted before or since. The description said "curried mussel sauce" and it tasted like it was tomato and/or red bell pepper based with some blend of curry powder. This sauce continues to haunt me!
