Hooded Warbler (Setophaga citrina)

At last! I missed it the first day because 'the wheels came off!' I missed it yesterday evening because it wasn't showing. Then, I nearly missed it this morning because a wheel did come off! Luckily, I had the good sense to stop and get the wheel brace out.
