Then I blurred just the sky. Too avoid blurring the fence and light posts, I paint them out on the sky mask before I blur. Did not save that mask -- just make the mask black from the fence line down, make all the tree area black, blacken over the posts. I think I used a 10-15 pixel wide brush to make sure the posts would not get blurred.
