Walsh Bay was wharves built in the 1800s for general goods. It has been redeveloped as executive lifestyle residences plus restaurants, function rooms, The Sydney Dance Company and the obligatory marina to park your boat. Yes I would like to live here but I don't have a flashy boat to stay at the marina
