Our next exhibition - Metroland - Feb to Apr 2010
We now have a date and location for our next exhibition, based on the "Metroland" theme.
We will be exhibiting at Stanmore Library from 6th to 19th of February 2010 with an open evening on 9th February. From this venue the exhibition will move to the Gayton Library, Harrow from 29th March to 10th April.
It will be up to the photographer to interpret this theme as they like. Submissions are required by December 8th 2009. It is our intention to have two selectors with the caveat that very entrant will have at least one work selected for exhibition. We are currently looking at "selecting the selectors" but our aim is to represent the broad width of interests that we have in our group from those that like to explore the edge of photography as an art to those that take a more commercial perspective. Our friends at the Greenwich Group are all welcome to join us.

The Second Greenwich Annuale exhibition
Several of our members are showing work at The Second Greenwich Annuale exhibition, displayed at the
Viewfinder Gallery, Greenwich, 20 to 30 August 2009. This exhibition showcases the work of LIP members, and is the second exhibition organised by the Greenwich branch.

Robert Davies: A Walk By The Sea exhibiting at the Cha Cha Cha cafe
Robert says, ”The British Seaside is a very special place. A place to play, reflect, relax and forget. But it is also a place that has a mysterious, almost surreal dimension, a dimension that these photographs try to capture before it disappears forever.”

Our roving exhibition
We now have a roving group exhibition which after a sucessful run at the Cha Cha cafe in Watford is now at the Chicchi Restaurant
, East London.
The show includes work by Aniela Perriam, Tony Hale (image above), Duncan Unsworth, Michael Berman Wald, Jenny Dawes, Brian Daubney, Robert Davies, John Rhodes and Jenny Johnson Burrows.

Exhibition : Metroland Winter 2008
Ruislip LIP's first ever exhibition ran from 5-13 December at the Cow Byre Gallery, Manor Farm, Ruislip. We had in excess of 200 visitors and learned much about exhibiting!
