Colours, tone, composition and perfect exposure. You have proven yet again that you dont have to focus on the eyes to succeed with a terriffic portrait. Two minor issues are the crop of the hand on the right and the fact that the hat bleeds into the background. Other than that... whow. A definite vote.

Nice capture. Looks like this could have been shot in the 1940's. Of course, a hint of the starbucks cup just barely in view would suggest otherwise.
