In case you don’t recognize him, this is * Matt Griffin * who is an occasional Pbaser. Matt, who is a good friend and colleague, has moved to Redmond and joined the Microsoft team as an organizational consultant.

one of the tiny grains of sand that makes up the huge, concrete conglomerate . . . and with that mischievious smile, I think they'd notice if this "grain" wasn't there =)))
