My good friend Dave Nielson is in town on a consulting gig. We had a great lunch at the Fish Market, and although I had forgotten to bring my camera I was happily reminded that I have a back up system. ;-)

@krippy You are sharp as a marble tonight. I too agree .. I thought the kids underneath -- for those who noticed -- really nail the image!

I think it's funny that your photos of the Navy couple always make the statue seem so small/lifesize. This one does too, until you see the kids playing underneath and realize just how large the statue really is. Very tricky!
