Sandstone Formations

Garden of the Gods, CO

Two years ago a small band of PaDers (Gayle & Bre, Bandito, Di, and Robin) kicked off a tour of Colorado with a stop at the famous Garden of the Gods. We were pretty much stymied by low clouds. Last Saturday in the early morning sunlight it was a very different kind of day. I had a great time shooting up a storm and took several "rolls." This is one the best.

The conditions last time are shown below:

1/160s f/16.0 at 58.0mm iso400 full exif

Boy do I still remember that trip - what a great experience. But I would have killed for blue sky! Glad you got to visit again.
