In class today we focused (pun intended) on color correction and contrast. Vince likes to use “color range” to isolate a certain area and then adjusting the tones/colors using levels (R, G. or B).

I worked on this one from the Fourth.

I absolutely love this shot. It is a bit too sharpened for my taste (I dont like seeing ghosting lines from sharpening -- just ask shatterbug. But I realize my taste is not everyone's taste) but overlooking that, the image is terrific
