The flag is a replica of the Bennington Flag which was used in the Battle of Bennington, August 16, 1777, by Vermont militia.

Cool. A little shadowy on the right eye, no? I do like the light coming from the left but I think with the glasses in particular, it leaves too many distracting shadows.
