A Family story

Mt Zion Cemetery, Woodland MIlls, TN

My Great-great Uncle Jason Lee King promised my Grandmother (christened Margaret Bessie King) a plaid silk dres when she was about 10 or 11 if she would change her middle name to Lee. His father had been a private secretary to General Robert E. Lee. “Mom” changed her name to Bessie Lee King, but never got the dress.

We were delighted today to find Jason Lee King’s gravestone at the Mt. Zion Cemetery near Union City, KY.

Below anyone who knows me well knows that I swoon at the thought of pairing off with Ashley Judd. Today I finally had my chance. ;-)

Having just been shocked at the sight of the Lee family mansion smack dab in the middle of Arlington cemetary, I can understand the "name change thang." Re: Judd - you are incorrigable.

Great to have the old stories, In the shot of you and Ashley, her color doesn't look so good. What did you do kiss her.

Wonderful shots both, RObin. I am loving your historical adventure. I would like some time to do something similar with my cinematographer's side of the family.

As for ashley... she seems more intent on her milk than on you. I'd kick her to get her attention. Its rude
