Lynn’s birthday present to me was a ticket to a cooking demonstration “Brunch on the Patio” that I attended the other evening. I’ll test out my new skills on her and Don soon.

In the meantime, I think canned soup and sandwich is the answer for me!

I shouldn't say it but since you're learning, I find the tuna in oil tastes better, Not better for you, but not as dry, and if it's not as dry you don't need to use 1/2 the bottle of mayo :) Julia's child, lol!

If that's cream of chicken soup, all you need is cooked pasta & you have a tuna bake !! While your at it, run the counter over the fish & check the mercury levels...you may be shocked into just the soup !!

I hope that's 'Dolphin-friendly' tuna! I find cooking's easier when alcohol is applied liberally to the chef!
