June 6: Explaining D Day to Bill the Bison

Best Viewed in the Original

In the fall of 2000 I participated in a D Day tour in England, France, Belgium, and Germany.

That experience left a deep impression on me. Today is the 62d anniversary of D Day; thus, today’s posts.

Slight contrast and levels adjustments in PS. No layers were used. This is a real photograph as promised.

Nice post. Nice screen.
Electronic cables are a pain.
I set-up a wireless home network with wireless keybord and mouse, the works.
However, I am still wrestling with cables and wires.
It is like how computers were going to give us the "paperless office." Yeah right.

Is Bill ready for the pop quiz?

'The Longest Day' was one the finest accounts of any action I've ever read. I get it out every year on this day to browse thru it again.
Thanks Robin.

So what's Bill's opinion?
JW06-Jun-2006 21:22
How is Bill's 'Military Strategy for Stuffed Animals' doctorate coming along? LOL

Seriously, thanks for being there when we needed help. We will remember them.
