Shot out the window of my cab as I hurried from the airport to the hotel two hours late for my Organization Development Strategic Planning meeting. Northwest Airlines was flying and got me here in 90 minutes once we finally departed Colorado Springs.

While here I'll be following the leadership of fellow Padder **Lisa Carmichael ** who is a talented strategic planning facilitator. So if you see shots from each of us the next couple days that look similar… well we will be having our own mini Minnesota PadFest on the side when not working. ;-)
