Many, many humble thanks to all of you who joined me in my birthday retrospective with such kind thoughts and well wishes. My heart is touched.

My day started with a breakfast of Prime Rib and Eggs at Coco’s. Then off to Supercuts where Beth gave me a good trim (it was either that or I would have to go out and buy a dog license!)

Then I spent the afternoon working with colleagues designing a comprehensive leadership development program for a southern California area client system, and then finally home to read all the wonderful comments on my May 26 PaD.
