Travel in a 24 hour period has taken me from the buccolic high meadows near Mount Palomar to the Scottsdale, AZ area. Scottsdale is noted for its numerous (and excellent) galleries of western art. In contrast to the Southwestern theme of the town and the area, the City Hall is a dramatic statement of a different ilk.
