The men on the right side of the picture are retired Fire Chiefs from San Diego, where Tom Packard (center) and I were their organization development consultants. We had an excellent lunch on the coast today.

So the organization of the San Diego Fire Department is well developed! That's good. Who snapped it? The waitress/waiter? You didn't have your tripod with you, did you? Nice job.
