Saturday night I attended a retirement party for Bob Ferrier who rose from day laborer through a series of high management positions in his 41 year career at the City of San Diego. Bob is a friend and was a client of mine when I worked at the City. He is super guy and leader, and is one those who is not well known publically but worked hard and well for the benefit of the citizens of San Diego. The entire gallery is ** click here**

Perhaps of some interest to my fellow photographers is that my flash stopped working less than half way through (can you say dead batteries? ;-( ). So I moved to handheld and 3200 ISO.
