November 15, 2006

Our neighobors, until today, Paul and Sharon, stopped by to say good-bye. They recently bought a horse ranch in Colorado. They leave this week to live on the ranch that they will operate with the help of their son.

Both of them are very excited and happy about being in their new home before the winter holidays. We will miss them a lot around here, as we wish them all the best in their new life-style.

Their beautiful canal home here is still on the market. It is such a marvelous place I think it will sell very quickly. With any luck, the new owner will like both sailing and photography.

Terrific candid. It'll be a change of scenery certainly. I know that most Minnesotans love the snow and cold and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Originally I'm from Savannah and even in my case if I lived in a snowless clime I'd have to go north for awhile every winter: there isn't enough wax in the world to enable skis to glide across bare grass... and I love to ski...

Colorado is a beautiful place - if they like the cold weather.

Sounds like you will have a nice place to stay when you go to visit them!
Good Luck to them in their new adventure.

Oh my, they're leaving the balmy state to head for the cold. Good luck to them.

Where in Colorado? You'll have to go visit. It is my favorite State.
And I appreciate seeing your aerial view of your little 'burb. Nice setting.

I hope that they enjoy their new life. And, I hope you get some great neighbors....is there room for Scott's family and mine??
