November 7, 2006

I voted today.

The political landscape was bland and most uninspiring. The negative campaigns of those seeking office left me with a sense of dread that my choices were so limited.

Well, I'm a happy camper today. This is the second election related photo I've seen. Nice one.

I think Gov. Richardson in New Mexico set a great standard for positive ads. Wish more were like him!

oops...that wasn't meant to be insulting. we have elections as well, and those debates make me sick allright. everyone trying to score a few cheap votes by trying to sound as deft as possible....
olivier bruning08-Nov-2006 07:52
maybe you should change a few letters to make it read: "VOMIT HERE"

Negative campaigns is a lack of dignity in my opinion, but I guess that's what is the most efficient...

Nice shot of this important day.
Had problems with my electronic voting machine as it took many taps on the screen to record
my vote.

I voted....for the lesser of two evils!
Guest 08-Nov-2006 02:54
I share your sentiment. I feel your pain. I had to have a stiff drink before I voted.

I agree...but I still went to vote.

I disagree with you Dave, did you walk before you first learned to crawl.

You could always flip a coin. Just make sure its only got one head and one tails. ;)
Cindi Smith07-Nov-2006 23:20
I agree! I felt the same way....but I voted anyway. The lesser of 4 evils! Great shot! Love the background!
Guest 07-Nov-2006 23:02
Sad when youve no choice its even worse in the UK. Dont think I'll ever vote again. they promise the earth to get in and at the end of the day they are ALL full of shite and empty promises.

Well, my friend, I don't expect much out of Florida. Let us hope some of the other and meatier races have enough substance and results to reopen a dialog of collaboration and producing results.
Excellent way to capture the "Day"
