| I don't need another house and it has been five years since I got out of the rental property business but this deal caught my attention. While driving today we saw a sign that said "Canal Home Available - Cheap". We investigated and found a fixer upper that was not as in as bad a shape as the cheap price would suggest. It is a steal. It is on a saltwater canal that has access to the Atlantic Intra-Coastal Waterway and in a neighbor where houses are selling for three times what the bank is asking for this one. |
