Did quite nicely at my first camera club comp this evening :-) But I still think the judge got it a bit wrong - she marked my best pic with my lowest score !

We were shrouded in fog this morning - couldn't see beyond the trees at the bottom of the garden (and that's not far away !). However it burned off and it was nice enough to have lunch outside on the terrace... a bottle of wine later and I was quite happy to stay there and not do anything else today, thank you !

Didn't spend much time on the Square today as it was threatening to rain and my camera battery was about to expire. I took a few pics against the usual backdrop on the north terrace and lucked out with this one... right place, right angle, right timing ! Wonder if I'll ever manage it again ?

Went to a local farmers' market this morning... and bought wine, cider, cheese, sausages, meat, tomatoes, bread. We've had the wine, bread and cheese for lunch with some pate de foie gras we brought back from France... Mmmm !

Could NOT have had worse weather for my exhibition open evening tonight - it was raining stair-rods !
I'm soooo grateful to those who braved it to come and support me - AND I sold two pictures - woo-hoo !!
