While working as a photographers assistant at this top portrait studio, I met a beautiful young woman
and asked her if she would like to have a portfolio of photographs of herself. I gave her my card and wrote down the time of between 5:30 and 6:00 for an appointment at the studio. Assistants had access to the studio after hours to work on their own photography projects.
We married a year later. I was not aware at that time that she kept the card. It is pretty beat now but here it is.
