Bergen, Norway

Bergen is a small city on Norway’s southwestern coast, part of is it a UNESCO World Heritage Center

featuring the Bryggen district the old wharf and its surrounding commercial buildings date from the

Hanseatic League’s trading empire from the 14th to the mid-16th century.  We started the visit with a

trip on the Funicular to an overlook on Mt. Floyen.
