Nicely parked under a hot August sun. 4AJÜ T-33A 51-17491 flew from Mürted until its retirement in the early-1990's. It was flown to Eskisehir, where it probably was scrapped around 1995. This is the former ex-Dutch T-33A M-21, which went to Turkey in September 1972. Mürted became Akıncı until the failed coup attempt in July 2016, when the base was degraded and became a reserve facility without aircraft.
