One of the last active F-104G Starfighters was this 26+53 (c/n 7313) of Est61 (Erprobungs Stelle -test unit- 61, based at Manching-Ingolstadt), here in take off at Schleswig-Jagel in June 1988. Shortly afterwards, this Starfighter was retired. It's currently preserved at Niederalteich.
