At the far end, you would notice a white statue of Guanyin, Bodhisattva of Compassion at Chi Shan temple, Tai Po, Hong Kong.
To be completed in 2013, this will be the largest statue of this goddess in the world at a height of 76 meters. The project is a donation from Hong Kong Billionaire Li Kai Shing, purportedly at a cost of HK$ 1 Billion.
